Copenhagen, capital of Denmark. Fun fact: it was voted the happiest city in the world in 2013. Also a fun fact: all Lavender and I did while we were here was eat, sleep and drink cocktails. That’s it.

On the second day we went to Tivoli Gardens, the second oldest amusement park in the world—the oldest amusement park, Bakken, is 10km outside of Copenhagen. Apparently this park inspired Walt Disney and Disneyland.
There were tons of rides here and I managed to go on five extreme ones before feeling too sick to continue (I probably shouldn’t have gone on three of them consecutively—all three involved a lot of spinning). Lav didn’t join me on any of them, the coward!! But of course, the highlight of Tivoli Gardens was, as per the name, the gardens. The entire park is so picturesque.

On the last day, we tried to do some more sightseeing but after an hour we gave up and went back to the Copenhagen Street Food market, mainly just to drink cocktails. Again. The shame I feel right now is unreal.
Proof that we did try to visit some places:

I lazed around so much on this trip, but after almost three weeks of hell (thanks, Imperial)… it was well deserved, okay.
